At Discount Forklift, Fred provided his expertise to coordinate with the Full-Stack Developer to create a Company Dashboard for Ops, Sales, Accounting and Finance. He also led efforts to streamline overseas vendor relations and increase the company’s credit line by 37%. Once complete, he recruited and developed the company’s newest full-time Ops Leader. Fred continues to work with Discount Forklift on an as-needed, project-focused basis and provides advisory services to the team.
At The Wiconi Group, Fred is currently developing an industry-first SaaS and web app for Resilience and Leadership Consulting. He worked with ownership to develop and install a Business Modeling tool in 4 client locations. He also directed the creation of a capital funding plan, pitch deck and company marketing plan for rounds of funding totaling $350,000.
