Fred continues to work with Discount Forklift on an as-needed, project-focused basis and provides advisory services to the team.

At The Wiconi Group, Fred is currently developing an industry-first SaaS and web app for Resilience and Leadership Consulting. He worked with ownership to develop and install a Business Modeling tool in 4 client locations. He also directed the creation of a  capital funding plan, pitch deck and company marketing plan for rounds of funding totaling $350,000.
